Refund and Returns Policy
Since Annapoorna Special prepares freshly cooked food, we follow a strict no-return policy. However, we do provide limited refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Wrong Order Delivered: If the items received do not match your order.
- Damaged or Spoiled Food: If food is found unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.
- Non-Delivery: If the order was not delivered due to our error.
Refund Terms:
- Refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 91591 99799) or email (annapoornaspecial@gmail.com).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Partial refunds may be offered depending on the issue.
Note: Taste preferences, late delivery due to traffic, or customer unavailability will not be eligible for refunds.
